The Gralloch

Handmade by me in Co. Wicklow. As with all my knives this one can be customised in a variety of ways to suit you. I can also create matching belts and gun slings to compliment it for a matching set. For custom orders please contact me.
 
The blade is 80crv2 carbon steel with an acidwash finish. Handle and bead are made from ziricote with hidden threaded stainless steel pins for extra security. Blade length is 110mm, total length is 210mm. Blade width 28mm. Blade thickness 3mm. Handle 100mm, width 20mm with slight taper. This is a slightly shorter handle, fits flush to the bottom of the hand, to allow for the knife to be easily used withen the body cavity of an animal when gralloching.
The sheath is made from high quality 8oz Italian leather with custom artwork for the client. Its ambidexterous and has a high water resist finish for durability in the field. It sports a very versatile belt loop that can be used in at least 8 different positions.
