Field Knife

 
Handmade by me in Co. Wicklow. As with all my knives this one can be customised in a variety of ways to suit you. I can also create matching belts and gun slings to compliment it for a matching set. For custom orders please contact me.
 
The blade is 80crv2 carbon steel with an acid stonewash finish. Handle and bead are made from Irish Bog Oak with hidden threaded stainless steel pins and lanyard tube for extra security. Blade length is 100mm, total length is 200mm. Blade width 28mm. Blade thickness 3mm. Blade width 30mm. This blade is the ideal field knife for both gralloching and skinning animals in the field. Fits extremely comfortably in the hand.
 
The sheath is made from high quality 8oz Italian leather with custom artwork for the client. Its ambidexterous and has a high water resist finish for durability in the field. It sports a very versatile belt loop that can be used in at least 8 different positions.
